I was looking back at the X factor video diaries and like…Zayn knew. 

Any time Larry interacted with each other Zayn was just sitting there smiling fondly and probably thinking to himself about how clueless they are that the other likes them. I know we joke about Niall being the captain, but Zayn shipped it from day one.
